Studio Etiquette
When You Arrive:
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Please respect the person in the session before you and don’t enter the studio prior to 10 minutes before your appointment.
Shoes may not be worn in the studio except in special circumstances in which case shoes should be clean and for indoor-use only.
Studio Health & Hygiene:
Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided when you enter the studio and before using any equipment.
Many of our clients and instructors have chemical sensitivities. Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne or any strongly scented lotions or products to the studio.

Equipment must be cleaned after you have used it with the spray we provide. We use soap and water to sanitize equipment.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Sessions:
We require a 24 hour notice for all changes to private appointments and group classes.
We require a 48 hour notice for all changes to semi-private appointments.
It is our policy that late cancellations of your session will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session rate. We understand some circumstances are beyond your control. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Studio Closure/Inclement Weather Policy
If the studio is going to be closed for any reason, including inclement weather, we will send out an email letting everyone know. If you have a class or session scheduled that day, we will also contact you directly.
If we stay open but you can't make it (i.e. you aren't plowed out, etc.) please email the studio to let us know. There is never a fee for a weather related cancellation.
